I’m Eric Swain, and I run video production out of Thousand Oaks, CA. I’ve produced more than 750 videos, spent 3 years running a broadcast studio, and today I make brand, promo and short-form video for businesses and organizations across the Conejo Valley and Ventura County.
Brand and corporate video production
Most of my long-form work is the kind of video a business or organization uses to introduce itself: studio promos, intro videos, and tributes. My long-form video portfolio includes work for Godspeak Calvary Chapel, Moms For America, Traderverse and White Rose Resistance. These are the videos that live on a homepage, open an event, or explain what an organization stands for, so they need to be clear, well-paced and on brand.
When people search for a videographer in Thousand Oaks, they’re often looking for weddings. That isn’t my focus. I produce video for businesses and organizations: brand videos, promos and the content that supports their marketing.
Video editing services
Editing is where most of a video gets made. As one of my Shorts puts it, the real party starts in post. I cut, pace and finish footage into something people actually watch to the end, whether that’s a five-minute promo or a fifteen-second clip.
Short-form video production
Short-form is a big part of what I do. My short-form video portfolio has 54 YouTube Shorts and 11 Instagram Reels I’ve produced, and I can turn long-form footage into Reels and Shorts so one shoot keeps working across platforms. If you want those clips posted on a regular schedule, that’s part of my social media marketing work.
Live multi-camera production and podcasts
Beyond edited video, I produce live multi-camera shoots and podcasts. Three years of running a broadcast studio taught me how to keep a live production on schedule, keep the audio clean, and hand off finished episodes that are ready to publish.
Video also feeds the rest of your marketing. I can put it on a new website, or use AI automation to help repurpose it.
