Privacy Policy

The short version: this website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no ad trackers. We don't sell or share your personal information. The only outside services it touches are Google Fonts (for two typefaces) and Calendly (if you choose to book a call).

Who we are

BridgeMount Productions ("we," "us") is a small AI consulting, automation, and creative business based in Thousand Oaks, California, run by Eric Swain. This policy covers bridgemountproductions.com. Questions? Email bridgemountproductions@gmail.com.

What this site collects

We don't ask you for any personal information on this site. There are no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, accounts, cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or embedded trackers.

Like nearly every website, our web host's servers automatically keep standard technical logs when a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure (for example, spotting attacks or errors). We don't use them to identify you or for marketing, and they're kept on the host's normal rotation schedule.

Outside services this site uses

• Google Fonts. Our body and label typefaces (Inter and JetBrains Mono) load from Google's servers, so when you visit, your browser requests those font files from Google. That request includes your IP address and basic browser information. Google says it doesn't use Google Fonts requests to build profiles or target ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Fonts privacy FAQ. Our heading font is hosted on our own server.
• Calendly (booking). The "Book a call" buttons are plain links that open Calendly's website. Anything you enter there (like your name, email, and answers to booking questions) is collected by Calendly under Calendly's Privacy Notice. We receive those booking details so we can prepare for and hold the call.
• Social links. Our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube links only take you to those platforms when you click them. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply.

If you email us or become a client

If you email us or book a call, we use what you send (your name, email address, business details, and message) to reply, schedule, and, if we work together, to deliver the project, send invoices, and keep required business records. We won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We only share it with service providers we need to run the business (like our email, scheduling, and payment providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). After that, we delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• know what personal information we've collected about you and how we use it;
• ask us to delete or correct it;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't sell or share it);
• limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect any through this site); and
• not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email bridgemountproductions@gmail.com. We'll confirm it's really you, then respond within 45 days. We don't disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Because this site doesn't track you, there's nothing for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals to switch off, but we honor them anyway.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change (for example, if we add a contact form or analytics), we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
