The short version: this site is here to explain what we do. Actual projects, prices, and ownership terms are set in a written agreement we both sign. Please don't copy our content or logo without asking.

Using this site

These terms apply to your use of bridgemountproductions.com, run by BridgeMount Productions ("we," "us") in Thousand Oaks, California. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only

Everything on this site, including descriptions of services, example timelines, typical price ranges, and FAQ answers, is general information. It isn't an offer, a quote, or a promise of specific results. Results from AI tools and automation depend on your business, your data, and how the systems are used.

Quotes and projects

Booking a strategy call doesn't commit either of us to anything. If we work together, the scope, price, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and who owns what (including the accounts, data, and systems we build for you) are set in an individual written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, BridgeMount name and badge, photos, and videos on this site belong to BridgeMount Productions or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse our content, logo, or branding without written permission. Typefaces are used under their own open-source licenses.

Outside sites and services

The site links to services we don't control, including Calendly for booking, Google Fonts, and our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube pages. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the server it runs on, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BridgeMount Productions won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site itself is limited to $100. This section covers the website only. Client work is governed by the written agreement for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
