04How it works
No jargon wall. We translate tech into decisions you can run your business on.
A strategy call to find where AI pays off in your business — not a generic tool dump.
We design, integrate, or develop the system. You see progress weekly. Most projects land in weeks, not months.
Training, docs, and ownership transfer. The system is yours: accounts, data, and playbooks.
05About
I'm Eric Swain, founder of BridgeMount Productions in Thousand Oaks. I've been building for small businesses since 2008: more than 250 websites, more than 750 videos, live multi-camera broadcasts, and podcasts. Now I bring that same hands-on approach to AI, helping Ventura County businesses first, LA County clients by arrangement, and remote clients across the U.S. put systems to work inside the business, not just add another login to forget.
In person in the 805 when it's useful. Remote anywhere in the U.S.

07FAQ
Most of the time a project lands somewhere between $5,000 and $15,000. It depends on how much we're building. After the strategy call you get a fixed quote, so you're not watching an hourly meter run.
If you just want consulting, we can start right away. Automations and custom systems usually take a few weeks. You'll hear from us each week, so you're not left wondering where things stand.
You do. When we're done, the accounts, the data, and the documentation are yours. We're not holding the system on a platform you can't leave.
Yes. You don't have to learn the jargon. We'll talk about it in plain English, and we'll handle the build.
That's a normal place to start. On the first call we look at how the business actually runs and pick the spots where AI would pay off first.
Yes. If you're in Thousand Oaks or anywhere in Ventura County, I'm happy to come to you, and LA County works too by arrangement. Farther away? No problem. I work with clients all over the U.S. remotely, over video calls and screen shares, and you get the same hands-on help and the same systems.
We do. Video, websites, and the rest of the creative work are still here when the system needs a public face — a site, content, or short-form video.
Not only that. Consulting and training are one part of it. We can also wire AI into the tools you already use, or build a custom system you keep after we're done.
You leave with the system working, the logins in your name, and docs written in plain English. If you want us to stick around after that, we can. You don't have to, though. What we built still works if we walk away.
It can, if that's what you want. Some roles get smaller, or go away, once the busywork is gone. A lot of the time the better move is to free up the people you want to keep, so they can spend time on judgment, sales, and relationships instead of copy-paste and chasing things down. We'll build it for whichever of those you actually want.
That happens a lot. We'll start from how your team really works, not from another tool to log into and forget. If something won't earn its place in the business, we won't add it.
