Named after Spencer and Makenzie

John and Jennifer Karayan own and operate Spencer Makenzie's, named after their two oldest children, their son Spencer and their daughter Makenzie. It started in May 2007 as a fairground and festival concession trailer.

Spencer Makenzie's uses only sushi grade fish in its seafood items, and 100% of its salsas and its clam chowder are homemade.
