How we build it

Site preparation
We assess soil, drainage and dimensions, remove old surfaces and organic matter, then compact the soil and add a gravel base.

Forming & reinforcement
Wood or metal forms set the shape and thickness. Steel rebar or wire mesh is spaced to the slab thickness and expected load.

Pour & finish
Concrete is poured evenly, screeded level, troweled and given a broom finish (or another texture) for traction.

Cure & inspect
The slab is kept moist and protected for several days, then inspected for surface integrity, drainage and finish.
